Our Project Management Office (PMO) is Improving, Governing, Controlling and Assuring Project Management. Our PMO structure that standardizes the project-related governance processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques. The responsibilities of our PMO can range from providing project management support functions to actually being responsible for the direct management of one or more projects. Our PMO structure involves Supportive, Controlling, Directive.
Supportive:
RCG provide a consultative role to projects by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information and lessons learned from other projects. This serves as a project repository. The degree of control provided through this is low.
Controlling:
The primary objective of this project control system is to provide timely accurate information needed by the project team, project management, and Client to identify areas of concern and opportunity, and to initiate appropriate action for the successful execution of the project.
